ACATS (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service) via TradingFront's client portal

ACATS can be done electronically in the TradingFront client portal by your clients. If you as the advisor need to initiate ACATS for your clients, please see ACATS (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service) via TradingFront's advisor portal

Your clients can log in to the TradingFront client portal and click "Manage Transfer." Find ACATS under Transfer Positions. Here are some important notes for reference:

• The holder name of your brokerage account from which you transfer should be identical to your MARSCO account.
• The account type at your transferring institution or broker must match the account type in order for the transfer to be successful.
• ACATS can only support a full account transfer at this time.
• TradingFront does not charge for incoming or outgoing ACAT transfers but customers should consult with their sending or receiving firm to determine if there will be any applicable fees for the transfer.

1. Choose a firm from the drop-down menu and input the account number. Click "Continue."

   2.  Select a brokerage account that you want to transfer to and click "Continue."

 3. Double-check your transfer information and type your name (which is equivalent to your handwritten signature). Click "Confirm" to move forward.

4. You will receive a confirmation. Click "OK." An additional email will be sent once your transfer is approved.
