Your client simply types his or her name as the equivalent to the signature. Our ISO 27001 certified system will then automatically timestamp everything. The digital trail is available in the compliance center for you to show to any interested regulator.
Your client's name, digital signature, management fees, timestamps, document IDs, and other important information will be appended to all of the documents you uploaded in the "Compliance/Account Opening Documents," including the IMA.
